PTFE membrane delivers superior flow rates and long service life. This cartridge is widely used for the filtering of the strong acid and base solutions in wet etching, solvent striping and the cleaning processes of semiconductor factories. The membrane has about 80~95% porosity with uniform pore size distribution. All elements are made with FDA compliant material for food and beverage contact under CFR Title 21.
